So where did it all start??

Eltham Victoria!! The gateway haven for everything food and wine. Smoke and Roast is a proud member of the Yarra Valley Regional Food Group.

The idea of Smoke and Roast comes from the fact that food is more easily swallowed if taken with a grain of salt!! We've developed a specialised high class quality gourmet seasoning, that is made with all Australian natural sea salt, and carefully hand blended with a range of roasted herbs and spices.

There are no chemicals, MSG, or gluten in Smokeand roast and it does NOT contain artificial colours or flavours, so its all good!!!

Smoke and Roast is exceptional on anything and everything.

* Use it instead of salt and pepper to transform an everyday meal into a gourmet feast that will tantalise your taste buds.
* Sprinkle on Roast lamb, chicken, beef, sea food ( particularly salmon ) pork (with crackle to die for) or any other meat before cooking and just taste the difference - it produces the best roast potatoes ever!!
